What is the difference between human hair and synthetic hair extension?
Human Hair extensions can be dyed, heated (curled or straightened), styled, washed, and treated like your own natural hair. Synthetic Hair extension is very sensitive to the heat, It will not last as long as human hair and become dry and brittle after a few uses.
Where does human hair come from?
Most of the Human Hair Sources are from South East Asia, Mongolia, Russia and South America due to demand for different textures and qualities. Hair manufacture has a high standards of production and specify strict guidelines that hair suppliers have to follow to ensure the best quality.
What is Remy Hair?
Remy or Remi Human Hair is the highest grade of real human hair. This is a preferred choice for hair extensions, hairpieces and wigs because it achieves the most natural look. Remy Hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the cuticles are kept intact and not stripped, like in most other non-Remi hair extensions. Preserving the hairs’ cuticles and aligning them in a uni-directional fashion creates extensions that are completely natural in appearance. This process ensures that the hair remains super soft, shiny, silky and completely tangle-free throughout its lifetime.
What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is unprocessed (chemical-free) human hair. The most readily available virgin hair tends to be generally dark hair, such as Indian or Brazilian, which is sought after for its texture. Only genuine virgin hair is suitable for colouring and texture processes, as non-virgin hair has already undergone significant processing and further chemicals can compromise the quality and longevity.
How many bundles do I need?
If you are getting a full weave,an average person needs about 3-4 bundles and potentially a closure. We always advise to buy more than the minimum to make sure you always have enough. You can always use the leftover hair for the next weave!
Why are my hair extensions are getting tangled?
The Hair Extensions can be tangled due to being to dryness, oil & dirt/product build up. As mentioned above it is key to make sure your hair is free from tangles and knots at all the time, we recommend carrying a Tangle Teezer brush around with you to maintain the hair throughout the day. This type of brush is super soft on the hair and ensure no harsh breaking when brushing. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week to prevent build up and use an additional shine oil for the lengths and tips.
What types of hair care products should I use?
Just take care of it like your own hair. Use a good quality of clarifying shampoo and conditioning products. Hair oils that contain argon or macadamia oils are essential for keeping your hair full of life as hair that is not attached to our head from the roots does not receive the natural oils from the scalp. You can also use other products on your hair such as holding sprays etc but make sure you are regularly washing these from the hair as product build up can lead to matting and tangling of the hair.
How do I choose the correct closure for my look?
Closures are small realistic top parting that can be added to give your weave a complete and more realistic finish. It can also used to add more volume to your hair or cover the loss of the hair on the top of the head. A fix parted closure will allow one look over a period of time, you can choose where you would like the parting at the time you install the closure, but if you change your mind after, you will need to remove the closure and install again for a different look. A free/ three way parting closure allows increase flexibility. You may change the parting to left, middle or right by brushing the hair to set your own parting. This type of closure is only available in lace.

How do I use a Coupon Code?

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If you order did not arrived on time, please be patient as Royal Mail can sometimes experience delays. Items sent by 1st Class & 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For are not classed as lost until 10 working days (Mon-Sat) after the due date. Items sent by Express Delivery are not classed as lost until 5 working days (Mon-Fri except if Saturday guarantee purchased) after the due date. International Tracked and Signed items are not classed as lost until after 20 working days (Monday – Friday) after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World. If your order is considered lost, we will immediately send out a replacement or provide a full refund upon request.
How can I cancel my order?
