We offer a return policy on all of our hair products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact our customer service or email to us for return goods. We will also provide 30 days return for faulty/damaged goods fully complying with the EU Consumer rights directive. Due to personal hygiene reason, we are only refund the products that have not been worn or tampered with and included the original tags and packaging.
If you would like to exchange the goods, the price must be the same as your purchase or extra fee apply. You will need to pay for your own postage fee for exchange, unless it is faulty or damaged.
