We offer a return policy on all of our hair products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact our customer service or email to us for return goods. We will also provide 30 days return for faulty/damaged goods fully complying with the EU Consumer rights directive. Due to personal hygiene reason, we are only refund the products that have not been worn or tampered with and included the original tags and packaging. If you would like to exchange the goods, the price must be the same as your purchase or extra fee apply. You will need to pay for the return and delivery postage fee for exchange, unless it is faulty or damaged. We strongly recommend that you send your return with a tracked delivery service because we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
How long is return & exchange process?
The full refund or exchange will be processed once we have received the goods. We aim to issue refund to you within 7 working days if you paid by credit/debit card and within 24hours if you paid by PayPal. We will dispatch with 2nd Class Royal Mail which takes 2-3 working days. If you require faster postage service, you will need to pay for the alternative faster postage.
May I return my products without contacting you first ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a full refund. You must contact us prior to sending your return as we will need to approve it and provide a return address. Please note that refunds or exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us first will be rejected.
